I don't think it was wrong for him to talk even in his capacity as a diplomat at large, if peace was his mission. He was pro-active at a time when the government was not enough to head in the direction of peace. I have nothing against talking to those whom we perceive as our enemies, if only to understand what is going on in their minds, and why they are acting they way they do, and if there is anything we might do to prevent them from maintaining hostilities towards us. If all of this would mean peace, i would be very happy to talk to anyone.Dean Wood-Sallehnoreply@blogger.com
